Breaking news! It seems that having sex everyday increasingly improves the quality of your sperm, and thus the change of a succesfull fertilisation. A Aussie doctor, Dr David Greening, has conducted research on 118 men with above-average sperm DNA damage and he found that those men having sex everyday, while decreasing the quantity of semen per ejaculation, significantly improved the quality of their sperm.
